Filter wallets by record before you follow them. Following many wallets is how this tool stops working.

The short answer

Cielo tracks wallet and token activity across more than 25 chains and delivers alerts to Telegram or Discord, with filters on PnL and win rate so the list of wallets to follow can be built from evidence rather than reputation. It watches addresses and never holds funds. The discipline it demands is restraint: an alert stream from thirty wallets is noise, and noise is indistinguishable from no tool at all.

Use it when

  • You already follow wallets and want to choose them by record
  • You want alerts where you already are, in Telegram or Discord
  • You track activity across several chains from one place
  • You want a read-only tool with nothing to custody

Skip it when

  • You want execution – this reports, it does not trade
  • You will follow dozens of wallets and read none of the alerts
  • You need contract-level safety analysis rather than activity
  • Your setup is large enough that the free tier's limits will bite immediately

What you are actually paying for

A free tier that covers a modest setup, with paid tiers raising the tracking limits. Nothing is custodied, so the only exposure is the subscription. The practical cost is attention: every extra wallet you follow spends some of it.

Setting it up

  1. Use the filters first – PnL and win rate – before following anyone.
  2. Check hold time as well as profit. A wallet that wins by holding trades nothing like one that scalps.
  3. Follow three wallets, not thirty. Alert fatigue kills this tool faster than anything else.
  4. Route alerts to a dedicated Telegram channel so they are not buried in chat.
  5. Pair it with a terminal – this tells you what happened, it does not act.

What can go wrong

  • An alert tells you what happened, not what to do – wallets distribute into their own buys
  • Public wallets know they are watched and some trade for the audience
  • Win rate hides size: a high win rate with one catastrophic loss is a losing record

Cielo Finance FAQ

How many wallets should I track?

Few enough to read every alert. Three to five is where most people find the signal; past ten the stream becomes wallpaper.

Does Cielo hold my funds?

No. It watches addresses and has no way to move anything. That makes it one of the few tools here with no custody question attached.

Is a high win rate a good filter?

Only alongside average size and hold time. A wallet can win nine trades out of ten and still be down, and the filter alone will not show you that.
